My husband, our adult children, and I returned safe and healthy back from Germany, and we had a fabulous time celebrating my mom's 94th birthday. Now we are looking forward to spending the holidays in peace with our children.
I hope you took advantage of the many hours at home this year to reflect on health, becoming more whole, improved daily habits, and maybe added more water intake, work- out routines, and more meals cooked from scratch. The best defense I believe is being our healthiest, and working diligently on improvements!! Changing eating habits is not as hard as you may think, and it is so rewarding.
At the end of January, I will finish the 17th year of studying Nutrition/Health & Wellness. Filling the last year with new research and the anatomy of where 'Food meets Physiology,' was a blessing!!! My new title and area of expertise will be "Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor". I am looking forward being done and just concentrating on all of you.

I bought the new
FIT 176 Test for my whole family and we have all learned something we did not know. Inflammation is such a big part of un-health. By avoiding the foods we are sensitive to, that cause inflammation in us, I think we are miles ahead. For my husband it is Basil, and Chocolate (both favorites....) which change his health and skin, for me it is Coffee and Gluten that I really need to avoid.

- I still see my local clients 30 minutes for no charge in my office to fill out questionnaires.
- For my long distant clients, we use that time for questions and helping with the decision what they need from me.
- After that, I charge $ 79 for a 30-minute coaching / consultation session, and $ 149 for an hour.
